I'm Cathy Daley and I’m beyond excited to be here with you! This is your one stop shop for Yoga practices that you can access from anywhere, and are designed to work for you wherever you are.
Included are breathing, mindfulness and postures that will result in you feeling calm, grounded, strengthened, stretched,balanced, energized, and nourished whenever you need it and wherever you are.
Now you can do your yoga online, anytime, anywhere and from any device that you choose.
You can select classes by:
- Duration. From 10 minutes to an hour.
- Type - Yoga or Yoga Therapy (for Back, Hips, Shoulders and more...)
- Mindfulness, Gentle (as the new advanced) Group classes for Every Body.
- Full class, or choose sitting, standing, lying down, Shivasana).
Over time I will be adding more practices, as well as other techniques and tools, such as guided Meditations, Dharma Talks etc...
The beautiful thing is that you can access the videos from any device. Your computer, tablet, phone.
And..... You can cancel anytime.!!

I have trained in many different Hatha Yoga styles: Kripalu, Iyengar, Anusara. I also trained to become a Certified Yoga Therapist. (C-IAYT).
I have my own yoga studio, but, I now want to reach many more people with my unique Yoga style where I have taken "the best from the best". My classes are very focused on Mindfulness, Breath and going deeper than only the postures.
